'm not seeing this meteor shower john was talking about yesterday morning. he said it was pretty easy to see. >> it peaked mostly on saturday morning. he was up that early. my goodness. that was like 3 in the morning. i tried to see it earlier in the night. i couldn't see it. so you're not alone. it really depended on exactly when you were looking at it. lot of people did sleep right through it. but amazing sight if you did see it. few clouds in the sky. 35 degrees the current temperature. the forecast for today. it is a lit bellow normal. still in the low 50s towards the afternoon, with scattered clouds throughout the day. we're expecting maybe the winds out of the northeast five to ten miles per hour. could be chilly when you factor those in. we are talking about the thanksgiving day holiday. looks like we may coast right through it. we'll have details on that when we come back. >> thank you, ava. our biggs story, a baltimore county community threatened by an underground gas leak. >> more than a dozen homes will be demolished following a seattlement between homeowners and a big oil company
